Valerian [Valeriana officinalis] (root): 100 mg

4:1 extract equivalent to 400 mg of dried roots

Passionflower [Passiflora incarnata] (flower): 100 mg

4:1 extract equivalent to 400 mg of dried flowers

Hops [Humulus lupulus] (flower): 200 mg

Linden [Tilia sylvestris] (flower): 10 mg

Melissa [Melissa officinalis] (leaf and flower): 10 mg

 

Non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical order): Gelatin, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, purified water.

PRECAUTIONS
 Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have depression and/or related diseases. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or worsen. Some people may experience drowsiness.
